In this activity, we are tasked to open the link in Google docs for us us to answer the following two questions that connects to why we appreciate google docs and what are the things or factors we are considering google docs to be useful.
Here, we are tasked to list down each member’s to do list. A wonderful approach to remember what has to be done is to create a checklist for each item, task, or process. Utilize Google Docs’ versatility to construct checklists and sync them with Google Tasks. Users of Google Docs can make and assign checklists using the functionality that comes built-in. This eliminates the need for emails, several apps to create checklists, and additional processes to keep everyone informed. The “chips,” or interactive “building pieces,” of Google Docs enable you to seamlessly connect individuals, content, and events.

It intelligently gathers the context that we are working upon, and gives us the right suggestions that might be suitable for the purpose. And its insightful suggestions include tips for formatting, charting, pivot tables etc. These our output when we collab to exploring google docs.

We created a poster in our awareness campaign to spread some kind of motivation which also relates on how to take care of the environment. We choose the environment because Environmental awareness is addressed and explored by many. But in order to have an impact, we need to be aware of the issues and potential fixes. Starting with what we are doing incorrectly, we will work toward what needs to be done to enhance our surroundings.
